Nagare En Jujitsu is a Japanese martial art, utilising techniques focused around:

  • Throwing
  • Immobilizing
  • Pinning
  • Joint Locking
  • Choking & Strangling

In Jujutsu, you will learn how to strike effectively, develop break falling skills to allow you to safely practice otherwise dangerous throws.

It is a great effective self-defence system where you will improve your fitness, confidence, make new friends and have a great workout doing it.

JuJitsu class structure usually starts with a warm up, progressing onto a series of Jujitsu techniques. As the class progresses you will put into practice these techniques in order to see its real-life application.

Training at Martins Martial Arts Academy will equip you to deal with the fear of attack and the actual attack itself should it happen. You will enhance your self-awareness and self-esteem as you overcome your fears and you grow in confidence.
